Does anybody have an idea, how to increase the voice level on NDDI2 board.
Voice level is very week. Either you talk from Analog set or Digital set.

Hi. Go to Trunk Groups/Descend Hierchary/Trunk Group/Descend Hierchary/Trunk ... for the NDDI check the Trunk COS you are using (usually 0,1,2,or 3 for NDDI). Then go to mgr-->External Services/Trunk COS ... select the correct trunk cos, and change Line Type = Long Line. Reboot the NDDI. Check if it works. regards.

Go To MGR >Trunk Group >D/H> Trunk group > R/M> select the trunk group number> ctrl+v

Change Use of volume in system from +YES to +NO

increase the Local Volume (dB) : 3/6/9
