Need a soft phone for session Timers feature.

I am programming for the session timer feature for one of the Alcatel Pbx OXO. Need a soft phone that supports Session TImer feature(almost all feature strictly folowing RFC4028). X-Lite is compliant to RFC 4028,
but doesn't offer more features.Could any one of you suggest soft phone.

SJPhone. But for advanced features on any softphone you must pay.
X-Lite has an enhaced brother named Bria.

On SJPhone unless you pay you cannot use G.729 for example.
