disable attendant to transfer to busy set

Hi Guys,
How can I disable an external caller to be transfered to a busy set via the attendant?
I want the attendant to get a busy tone if this set is busy. And not allow a call to be put behind this one.
Busy camp on is already disabled. But I think it's something in the PNC....
Thanx

Busy set - monoline (or analog set) or multi-line set with free resource keys?
In last case for attendant this set is free.

Hi Vad,
Thanks for your reply.
It's NOT a multiline set.

I am not sure this is what you want, but did you try the BUSY CAMNP ON option under the set features, or under the dynamic set features ?

Hi Frank,
What do you mean by 'under set features'?

Do you mean in the Tel.Fac. Cat. (COS)?
I changed the busy camp-on under dynamic state user..

Try on the dynamic state user. I don't know how the attendant is going to react on that, but try with a regular set first. Have the first set get busy, and try to play with BUSY CAMP ON under DYNAMIC STATE and see if it changes something for the set calling. When the set calling has a busy signal, then leave it like that, and try with the attendant... tell us if it's what you are looking for, and if it works..

When attendant make a call to busy user (attendant see user busy) which key he press? In doc written "intrude", "call back". In first case you need in phone COS of calling set forbide intrude (Rights - Protected against all intrude=1).
