4035 Attendant - Second Call to ring instead of a beep.

Has anyone managed to get the second call to ring instead of just a beep when the attendant is busy with the first call?
I've been trying to archieve this for the past few days but I keep on hitting the walls.
Any ideas?
What I want to archieve is to get that second call to ring so that other users beside the attendant can pick the call during peak hours. All I know that as soon as the attendant ends the first call the second call will ring.

Why not put a supervision key on the other sets instead of making the enviroment noisy? Imagine the noise the client will hear when the set of the operator begins to ring...

Why not use operator assistant, and set the threshold to 1 call so the sets behind will then ring and act like a normal operator

There are only three digital sets on site - two for the bosses and one for the attendant. The rest are analog extensions. This is a construction site and most of the users are usually not on their desks except for the attendant. The problem with her is she is talking too long on the phone. A beep is not enough to remind her that calls are waiting to be answered.

Hi
I am facing the same problem,in 4035 att console if second call is waiting the beep which is getting can be repeated? So that operator can be remind that another waiting call is there.
