attendant - transfer call

Hi everyone,
I have a question about 4035 attendante in OXE (I think also for 4059). I upgraded an OXO in OXE, the operator use an 4035 set (the same of OXO). As you know, the use of 4035 as a set (OXO) and as a operator (OXE) is a great problem for the user, first for the external number visible only after the answer, and so more...
My problem is:
1) the operator receive an external call and answer, and the user ask to talk with an other external numbet (this is the boss, so it is necessary that operator call the external and transfer the call).
2) the operator call the second external and it remains in conversation with the first, until there is an answer of the second one. If the second external is a mobile, the time is to long.
If I use a normal set (not operator) when I call the second external, the first one is put on hold. Is it possible to set the operator for work like a set, only for this?

Thank you

You can configure the set as a normal set and on the Attendant Group declare it as the first option. We use that option on our office.

Hi to everyone.
Just would have some informations about this trick. It could be very usefull for me as well but I tried different settings but it seams doesn't work. I made tests with R. 8.
I tried to put a normal set ( number 3543 , 4035 set ) on Attendant group distribution as first choice. I put That Attendant group on Entity and I called but the call go always to Attendant set ( which is on the second choice ).
If I call, by a prefix, atendant group directly it works.... but I can't hear the greating mesage ( as u know )..
Can u help me where I am doing wrong????
Thanku

which entity is the user in (the one you made the call from)? and which entity/CDT table did you put the Att Grp in? They must be the same entity.

Also, which patch of R8 are you using?

So...I always make 2 entity. Entity 10 for trunk groups and entity 11 for sets, attendants, etc. The set that I put on Attendant's CDT belongs to entity 11 and call came from trunk group which belongs to entity 10.Attendant's groups and attendant set belong to entity 11 ( so..the same of set one. )
I made my tests with patch 8 of R. 8
Any ideas????
Thank u
