ERROR: Unable to retrieve QOS Snapshot

good afternoon,

I was setting up QOS on our OmniSwitch 6900

I had to remove a config as I fat fingered a name with

no policy network group

but I noticed it was still in the config when I did show configuration snapshot

after trying to remove it a couple more times I started getting this error when trying to view a snapshot

show configuration snapshot

ERROR: Unable to retrieve QOS snapshot.

I'd like to avoid just rebooting if possible since its a prod switch but if reboot is the only fix ill schedule time to do it
