8018 Reboot

I am experiencing random reboot issues on Alcatel 8018 IP phones.
The phones reboot by themselves at different times — sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t.
There is no warning message; the phone just shuts down and reboots.

All of my phones show the same behavior: the screen displays “Reset, please wait” and then the phone restarts.

I have tried many troubleshooting steps, but I still couldn’t identify the root cause.
Does anyone know what might cause this issue or has experienced something similar?

PBX type? SW release?
