OS6900-T24C2 auto-fabric spb configuration

Hello,
I'm preparing to migrate three virtual chassis. Each virtual chassis contains two members connected with two DAC cables. These virtual chassis are connected to a OS6900 core network (no spb configuration) that will be updated soon. These three virtual chassis have the following configuration:
This is likely a default configuration.
How can I tell if this configuration is being used? Will it cause problems with the update?
I read on the forum that there's the auto-fabric admin-state disable remove-global-config command to remove this configuration. Is it safe to do so?
These virtual chassis manage VLANs. There is somes linkagg and spantree is mode flat.
Thank you in advance for your help.
