MAC Randomization and ALE Switches

Good day
Hope there is someone that can shed some light on this issue. I have a customer running on ALE OS2360 switches with Unifi WiFi APs connected to the switches. When users try and connect to the WiFi, on the mobile device it says optaining IP address and nver connects, on the Firewall can be seen that the device did get an IP address and on the switch I can see its on the correct WiFi but the phones does not connect with MAC Randomization enabled. When the user disables MAC Randomization the phone connects and when enabling again it just says "Obtaining IP" and doesnt connect. When we take the same WiFi AP and connect it to a ubiquiti switch and the Ubiqiti switch connect it to the same Firewall, whether MAC Randomization is enabled or disabled, the device connects every single time. Connect the same AP back onto the Alcatel switch, we have the same issue again.
Has anyone ever experianced this issue?
