Hi all

We have implemented Alcatel switch config backups with Oxidized and seen failing backups after a few weeks.
Source of the problem is that the switches seems to "drop" the SSH Key for the oxidized user.
We re installed the key again with , the backups start working again until after ~2 weeks they fail again, and again, the ssh key is missing.
Anyone an idea why this could happen?

I assum you use PKA for this? Never heard that issue. Have you checked the sytem folder for the key? Is it realy deleted?
If you use the user oxidized for ssh from a pc (in case of the issue) with password ... oes this work? And with PKA from pc?

check the following.
show user password-policy
show user lockout-setting
show session config

Maybe you find the reason here. Otherwise you should open a ticket.
