Compatibility Issues Omniswitch 6860E and 6250

Hello,
I have been having network issues with alcatel switches. I have multiple access switches OS6250 connected to a core switch OS6860E. After a while the network starts acting out (connection timeouts and slow connectivity). At first, I thought the problem was with the access points (AP1101) since it's mostly where the problem appears first through client complaints. The configuration is simple: A management VLAN for switches and access points and a data vlan for the users. After working on a second project which has OS6350 access switches and AP1201 access points and one of the access switches is a OS6250. The same problem occured only on access points and clients connected to OS6250 which lead me to believe that there's an incompatibility issue between the firmware on the OS6250 and the newer OS6860E. My question is does anyone know of a feature or protocole that is on the newer versions of alcatel's OS that might no work well or cause network problems with the older versions? Maybe there's a protocol version difference that is causing issues.
Note:
- I updated all devices to the latest availabe version of their respective firmwares.
- The configuration is very basic only vlans and management IPs configured on the switches, everything else is left as out of the box defaults.
- I attached the config for one of the OS6250s and the OS6860E.
Thanks
