Alcatel IP Desktop Softphone 12.1.3
It is possible to save incoming calls if IP Desktop Softphone (out of service) isn’t started yet?

Define "save incoming calls".
If the IP Phone is not started, calls will go to associated number -or voicemail-, if enabled in the class of service.

Hi, I think he means callers list. I have the same questions about missed calls with SIP Extension:
Why are no missed calls displayed in the OpenTouch client when the PC is turned off?
