Hello All,

I have an OS6360-P10. I have a solid orange light on the OK Light, when power is plugged in. I have tried to get in VIA connecting the switch to the the internet and using the DHCP IP. There is no LED Lights on any of the ports, when trying to plug a device in. I have tried a Console Cable, but nothing seems to work.

Anybody else have a similar issue and how can we resolve this?

According to hardware guide, the LED OK solid
Amber could related to system, fan, temperature failure.

Are you sure about your console cable and RJ45-DB9 ?

Maybe your should contact your reseller or alcalel support.
