Hello, the user has set a password on my Alcatel 8018 IP phone, and I can't remove it. When I try to access the menu by pressing the # key during startup, it asks for a password again. We use the Oxo Connect app. I've pressed the password reset button for this extension, but it still doesn't work. I'm asking for your support regarding this issue; the phone is currently unusable. We just had this with a phone and found out it was in SIP mode instead of NOE. I have to find my notes, but it was on here that we found the default password. Did you try (0000, 000000, 1234, or 123456)?
