Subject: Request to Increase Call Duration Limit on Alcatel OmniPCX

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of increasing the call duration limit on the Alcatel OmniPCX web interface. Currently, we have noticed that the maximum allowed call time is restricted, which is impacting our business operations and communication efficiency.

Could you please provide guidance on how to extend the call duration limit, or let us know if there is a specific timer or configuration parameter that controls this setting?

what's your system oxentreprise, oxoffice or opentouch ?
call duration is restricted to/inward the outsidenetwork aka PSTN/PlNM?
FIRST GUESS
for oxe check the timed call release feature under ttkgp and user cos ,deactive it if u wich for all or for particual user , if u need to keep it try to manage the timer involved
