We are trying to identify the IP desktop softphone really used (not only set up).
Considering it is not possible to get this information from the OXE/AS nor 8770, we will try to get that from a network trace analysis.
Could someone give us the TCP/IP Flow matrix ?

Hmm not sure that ip flow will help you to identify such sets
