Callback on free set

Hi,

I have an issue with the automatic callback feature.
I have an analogue phone where the callback feature is disable in the phone feature COS.
When this phone is forwarded to another phone where the callback feature is enabled then a call can initiate a callback and the callback is stored on the analogue and not on the forward destination.
Is it possible to change this behavior?

Try the same scenario, with a COS where call back is forbidden in both the caller COS and callee COS.
I think you have your COS wrong.

May be - System/ Other system parameters/ Local feature parameters - Calls Not Answered Storage Mode (called set or final set)?

this parameter is now configured in the phone feature COS.
I tried it but the behavior is the same.

do you mean Suffix/callback on free or busy set = 0 in the caller COS? This will fix the issue but then the caller can't use the feature on other sets.

I opened a SR and according to the ALE tech support this is a normal behavior...
