Issue Resetting VM PIN Code with Eva_tool

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with Eva_tool. One of my users forgot their voicemail PIN code.

According to the documentation, I should be able to reset it using Eva_tool. However, when I select option (2) to modify the password for this user (691), Eva_tool immediately replies with:
"The password of mailbox 691 has been modified", without giving me the opportunity to enter a new password.

Am I missing something?

Hi - What version of OXE and EVA (if EVA is not hosted on OXE) ?

Hi,

my version is R100.1-n2.514 so R12.4 ? and Eva is hosted on OXE

I would do a dynamic patch upgrade. 535 is out I think.
Then if this does not work, we can figure it out.
R100.1 is not R12.4.
R100.1 is PURPLE R100.1 :)

Well.. this is a client with 2 CPUs and 5 remote sites, so I have to admit I'm not confident about performing the upgrade.

In this case, I forced the client to delete their VM and recreate it...
If issues persist, I will consider updating the system.

you can always hire my team to assist remotely troubleshooting and/or for upgrades. we do it all the time :)
Did you fix the issue after delete / re-creation of the mailbox?
