Calls On Hold

Good afternoon,
We have an issue when a call is placed on hold. It only shows on the phone that it's answered in the group. At my previous job with the same phones, if I put someone on hold, all phones could see that call on hold. I could also go and pick up the call on hold in another office for privacy if needed. How do we get it so that all phones see a call holding?
To add, we are just learning the OMC Tool a bit and its functions, and have been able to solve a few issues.
