omni pcx office small - sip registration failed

sip registration failed happens every few min... cant dial out to outgoing line , calls on outgoing line randomly disconnected ' outgoing line is only up - after unplugging & plugging the network cable from the sfp - to rj45 adaptor at the rad.
line quality is 8 db - - usp told me its not a isp issue

can someone please help?

:( You didnt even supply OXO SW version...Not talking about traces
I hope your have more or less fresh SW so open OXO documentation folder, read the doc how to access web page for maintenance.
Its called OXO Epert documentation:Web-Based Tool, read how to take SIP traces, run them for a few minutes and registration is gone check the traces.
