I am looking for a CCD Starter Guide ou Participant Guide for OmniTouch Contact Center Edition :

CCD Starter
CCD Advanced
OTCC R8/R9

Or Guide how to use OmniTouch Contacter Center or CCS.

It's good to have training on CCD starter or Advanced.
But if you just read thouroghly official ALU CCD documentation and follow all instructions there you'll get the whole picture. E.g., latest one otcc10.x_sd_CCdistribution_8AL91301ENAG_1_en.pdf
You have there overall description and step-by-step configuration.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
