Problem SIP Phone with PCS

Hello,
I have a problem with SIP Phone on a OXE R100.1 with 2 CS and a PCS. When I switch on the PCS, the SIP Phone (GAI-Tronics Commander for offshore) register on the PCS but they also stay register whith the CS. On PCS mode, I can call the SIP phone but the SIP phone can't call.
On the SIP phone I have 2 VoIP account, one for the CS and the second for the PCS. After a reboot of the SIP phone, that's work correctly.
Second problem, when it's on PCS mode with the SIP phone working correctly, I can't call the external, the call is fowarding to the first Ip phone 1000. This number isn't in the entity or nothing else. The intern call are working correctly. The SBC for external call didn't receive anything.
Have you some ideas ?
