Just tried it today, so far so good.
OXE CPUA Installed.
8770 Installed.
In process of installing OXE CPUB , and OMS

Issue a year ago is that AWS requires all images to be 64 bits.
R101 is the first one with RockyLinux to be 64 bits.
I am attaching a couple of helpful docs. Just add to this topic if you need help. Or we can do a remote session .
