OXE unable to Connect with RAINBOW

Hi everyone ,
MY client has got OXE Release R12.4 , and Rainbow enterprise license , in the PBX side I have configured the Equipment ID and activation code and is connected to internet through gateway (able to ping 8.8.8.8 DNS) , Rainbow side the company is created .
OXE is connected to DNS to resolve openrainbow.

However OXE is not able to connect to Rainbow , when I ping to rainbow no reply (unknown host openrainbow.com)

Appreciate if someone can provide support

OXE does not connect to Rainbow. it connects to your gateway.
do you see your gateway in the Rainbow application, under company management?
