Does 6860 need advanced license to active SPB-m?

I am newbie here. I was shock by the simplicity of SPB-m, would like to buy some 2nd hand 6860, but my question are:
1. Does 6860(without E/N) support full SPB-m feature? including acting as BCB/BEB
2. Do I have to purchase advanced license to active SPB-m feature?

no need to buy a license - this is for free. You can use all SPB features.
