One-Way Audio Issue with Alcatel OmniPCX Over Site-to-Site VPN

Hi,
We are using an Alcatel OmniPCX in the main office and have a branch office connected via a site-to-site VPN tunnel. The setup is as follows:
- Main Office Firewall: Kerio Control
- Branch Office Firewall: pfSense
Issue:
- When calling between the branch and main office:
- The branch office cannot hear the main office.
- The main office can hear the branch.
- Calls between extensions within the branch office work fine (both parties can hear each other).
- The branch office can make and receive mobile calls without issues.
- The branch office can hear the main office’s reception number but not other extensions.
Any ideas on what might be causing this one-way audio issue?
