I have a user who asks me if it's possible to put a pin code for external calls. If so, how do I go about it?
I have an Alcatel 4400 R10.
ps: for internet calls no code just for external calls and sorry for my english i only speak french

1- lock the phone : no issue internal call , for external call each time your dial the prefix it will ask for pin and voice propt in french will be "veuillez composer votre code personnel"
or 2-set the line as personnal line in this case voice prompt will be veuillez composer le numero d'imputation de la communication -----<see sytem doc for the config and necessary locks if any
