OXE move Trunk group different board

Hello,
at my employer, we have a OmniPCX enterprise,
software R7.1-f5.401-36-d-ge-c6s2.
The hardware is two cabinets, one main with CPU, and one extension.
The problem is that the extension green power "On" LED does not lit (fan does not run either),
only the main cabinet works.

which is understandable if power is missing.

I would like to move the phone line from extension cabinet connection place
labeled "T1-0 II"/"T2-II"/"T0-0"/"0" to same labeled place on main cabinet.

What do i have to change for that, where?

Not cleare - what is your problem.
Declare board (T2/1/0) in the working cabinet
In TG - declare access from this boards.

Yes, looked more complicated than it was, when creating 0-3-0 (board 3 not 4), all the items below Trunk are created.
Also i have learned now that the cards can be swapped (UA-ZP for the analog things), but the front panel row also,
and some of them are multi-purpose, like PRA/BRA/..
Extension cabinet fuse was blown, and replacement also instantly burned.
Works now.

Follow-up question: i have placed the UA-ZP board from extension cabinet before 0-7 to main cabinet 0-4.
In 4760i i created a new UA-ZP board, and assigned the digital and analog users.
This was likely a mistake - should have used "move" on the board.
I could delete all the other boards (0-5 VPU6, 0-6 eUA32, 0-8 PRA2),
but deleting the UA-ZP fails

Two thing
go data /sub menu terminal data and remove the terminal
and shel/board/ta adpatater and check if phy adress is freed

There was one data terminal, deleted it after storing its values.

It was freeing the TA (Terminal Adapter?) on the existing board, but now the existing board has 8 TAs, and the one to delete still has 9 TAs.
I have tried to create data terminals on Shelf 0/Board 7/Equipment 0..31,
but for equipment 0,1, 4,5, 8,9, 12,13 i get

But creating or deleting does not decrement the number of TAs on shelf 0-board 7.
Creating+Deleting analog users on equipment 0,1, 4,5, 8,9, 12,13 works, but does not change the TAs.
Creating+Deleting digital users (4020) works on equipment 16-31, except for 28 (address already used), also does not reduce number of TAs.

Cleaned TABTMDATA and HARDCONF with cuser, rebooted, and now they do not show up.
