hi guys
I wante to get information about the ability to transfer licenses between two Oxes. I read in the documents that some locks are Moveable .
Now I have two questions
We have a OXE by 100 analog user
(Lock 174 ) And 100 sip users ( lock 177) Can I combine these locks so that in the end I have 200 Sip users (Lock 177) without analog users (Lock 174)?
If it is not possible to transfer for one OXE, is it possible to transfer the number of analog users (Lock 174) from one OXE to another OXE and increase the number of SIP users (Lock 177)?
What is the requirement for this work?
I read in the documents this is done through eCom
Do I have to have an Alcatel partner account or can I use this software as an end user?

Hi.
From my experience with ALE, they won't let you transfer licenses. Or you (the customer) need to really push and give a reason why.

In the document "system services", in section 20, explanations are provided about licenses. In the table, it can be seen that the list of all licenses is specified moveable or not.
Also, in section 20.5, explanations are given specifically about the "Move licenses",
and my question in the section 20.5.8.
Now, I still don't know how to moved the license and how to contact Alcatel customer service if needed.

No you cant do that. No possibilty exists to increase one lock value by decreasing another one.

It is possible to transfer so you you increase lock 174 on another OXE but as I pointed out you cant combine them (174-, 177+).

Yes you need to be a partner to access eCOM platform.
