Instruction how to upgrade switch

Hi all
We have several alcatel switches that has old softaware
We would upgrade at least what we got from vendor.

As we are newbie for alcatel switces help would be needed
Can somebody post step by step instruction how to do it?

Also if possible to get latest firmwares that are avaible from ALE
