What's the differences between 8058s and 8058-CE ?

It's just a matter of firmware ? If yes, is it possible to convert a 8058s to 8058CE ?

CE stands for Cloud Edition
I am not sure you can convert from 8058s to CE

It's basically for OTEC (Open Touch Cloud Edition) where your OXE/OXO is hosted by a partner in your country
