Hello,
Our Portable alcatel 8262 phones are linked to random PoE phones in my building. When someone dials a portable phone, a random office phone will ring. My company want to remove this however I cannot find how to do it.
We currently use the Telenet putty command prompt for the PoE phones and we remote into the website for the portable phones.

On the command interface for PoE the tandem function isnt set up.
And i have ensured on descend hierachy menu that all the functions for programmed keys are not assigned. Unsure what to do from here
Need help please
I cannot find hunting groups of the interface as this may be the issue.

Random - all the time the same. Or with new call will ring another office phone.

Definitely not random, and certainly programmed somewhere.

Also could be a set supervision of the portable on the office phoens
