DECT problem on OXO R100

Hello,

I have problem with DECT 8232 on OXO R100.
System is in one cabinet, IBS stations are connected on the same card.
There was several DECT phones working properly. After one broke down (can't be turned on) we tried to change it with same model.
After is being unregistered with OMC, registration of a new DECT 8232 goes with Error and refuses to register the new handset.
We managed somehow to register the handset (by choosing Empty configuration) but it can't dial external numbers (number is dialed, call drops).
After some experiments, other DECT phones, that was no touched, signalized "Out of service" and have to be re-registered.
Now situation is, only one of re-registered 8232 can dial external numbers, from others calls are dropping.
I've tried to copy subscriber to "non dialing" sets, but still no luck.
There no differences in visible parameters from that one working 8232 and other subscribers that not dial external numbers (Baring, Linc Cat. etc)
System have 11 DECT licences and 11 registered DECT handsets.
There was no problem with one 8212 handset.
Also, can't see the model of phone in subscribers list for both working one and no working sets.
Analising older databases, I see difference between IBS stations, in older databases there was assigned Trunk Groups, now there don't have it.

Not forgot to mention, wired phones working good...

Please help with some advice that is not mentioned above. I'm missing something...
