Hello, I hope you are well.
I would like to do a test on my oxe 4400 R10 and I have determined on which card (analog, digital or other) a driver is fixed? is it possible? if so, how do I know? because I would like to clean my crystal by removing all the cards without interrupting the call reception of our call center.

Hello yes we have a call center with a number for customers, for example when we create an extension UA or analog, the extension exists on a card (UA32 or Z24 for example) we have the location the command listerm but for the pilot numbers of a call center, where are they placed?

I'm sorry , I still do not understand your question.
"Call center with a number for customers" as per in DID ?
listerm will give your the physical attachment of an extension to a shelf / board / port and the status of the extension (in/out (of) service)
Your DID translation table is in the translator. Your pilot numbers are under the application / ccd <- If you dont know all of that, you most likely need to read the documentation where this is well explained, and go to training.
