8038 Phones with Asterisk

Help me please. When I turn it on, the phone asks for files that I don't have:
bin8038N
bin8038N-head
neo8038N
neo8038G-head
dat8038N
dat8038N-head
startnoe-(MAC)

At stages 3-5 the phone says - file not found.

Can you share these files?
