Does someone know how is the MAC@ created for a SoftPhone ?
I explain :

• It's not the MAC@ of the computer

• It's not the MAC@ of the user (session)

So i think it's a mix between computer / user, but how ?

its a generted id, it has nothing to do with any hardware.

But in this case, we have the risk to generate 2 same MAC@, no ?

I hope not... I have a customer with over 800 IPdsp on one system, and no such problems
