Hello all,
I am facing an issue with sip trunk. Out going calls for analog, sip and ip users are fine and works well. the problem is with incoming calls via sip trunk to Ip user. there is no voice both ways. incoming voice is ok for analog and sip users. i will attache OK call for sip user incoming and NOT OK for IP user incoming.
the trace been taken from the local lan side of the SBC and we can see the audio is available but the IP set nor the out side party dont hear each other.

hi thanks haroun for the reply. i dont know if its the right solution, i disabled the direct rtp in the ext sip gw of the public. voice is ok now. now i face another issue, i will open a new one, thanks
