Billing a call during the ringing tone

Hello
I have a small question and a concern at the same time
when we try to call our call center, there's usually a ringing tone (a ringing tone saying that you're in our company), but the problem is that when customers hear this ringing tone, the call is billed directly. Is there a way of not billing customers until a customer service representative picks up the phone?

Yes there is
In case on CCD, there is a special configuration, not available by managment, that you need to ask from Alcatel.
Also the PSTN provider must be asked if he can provide that facilty.
The cost till agente answer Will be charged to the company (the called Number)
