Hunt group timeout

Hey guys,
I'm trying to figure out how to configure a no answer forward on a hunt group:
Right now i have my ddi which call my hunting group (800) with multiple user in it but my customer is asking for the call to be routed after 30 seconds to a external number.
If i understood correctly the overflow number doesn't fit for my request because it's need to have every user logout or busy right ?
Does anyone know a way to respond to this request ?
