8078s LAN Connection

Hello,
we have on a Location Alcatel 8078s phones and uses the internal Switch, the workstation is connected over this.
Connection is working but the employees complain about various system problems.
On all other location we have other network layout.
Our actuall firmware is
- NOE3GEE(8028s,8058s,8068s,8078s)
bootloader 5.45.80
application 5.45.80
sip 1.55.07
Maybe we have a firmware bug which is solved with a newer phone release,
we have an actual SPS but our service guy is on holiday.
Maybe somebody can check the release notes and can publish or send it to me, just for my information and i can calm down..
