OXO Connect - Issues with DLT2

Good morning,
Due to developments, an OXO Connect IPBX was installed at my workplace.
I have already worked with Alcatels, but that is remote from the OmniPCX 4400, so nothing to do with this model.
I have successfully configured my DLT2 link with the remote autocom and can make calls within the company dial plan, but I cannot reach outside!
I absolutely have to go through the master autocom which is a MITEL and when I use my main trunk the calls starting with "0" or "00" are all rejected.
I don't understand why and I don't know where to look...
Have you ever had this type of problem? If so, would you be able to help me because this is really detrimental to my subscribers.
