OS6360-P48 ACL

Hi,
We recently replaced several Cisco switches with Alcatel switches, the Cisco switches had an ACL configured for SSH access from only 3 IP addresses to the switches. Can someone help me configure ACL on the switch OS6360-P48 version
OS6360_8.9.221_R03_GA_Release
This is what was configured on Cisco
access-list 30 permit 10.0.70.28
access-list 30 permit 133.14.0.14
access-list 30 permit 10.0.121.173
access-list 10 permit 10.5.77.0 0.255.255.255
line vty 0 4
access-class 30 in
logging synchronous
login authentication security
length 0
transport input ssh
transport output none
