only Main set is ringing in suite configuration

Hi,
We have an OXE hospital setup , release 12.4
Hotel mode with Multi occupancy for suite configuration is done . After check in when the guest number is called , only the main extension of the suite rings and the secondary extension does not ring.
Static link between the Guest number and Main extension is done.
Main set is ALE IP phone 8008 model and the second set is Vtech SIP model .
