Mobile phones classification

Hello,
How would you classify all handled devices in a specific vlan (iPhone, Android, etc) ?
The other challenge is the random MAC Address generated (ie. iPhone Private MAC) by mobile phones.
We have several employes using the production SSID with mobiles and we would like to force them to join a different SSID.
