DECT 8234 registration in OXO 6

Hello,
I have a problem with registration of DECT 8234 on new OXO software R6.0.
Previously, software was upgraded to version R6.0 to support DECT 8234.
After that, registration is possible, but when assign the DECT to subscriber number, registration fails with error.
The same is happening when I try to register as compatible DECT 8232 unit.
This is happening every time if I add a new IPS/xBS number. Must say there is enough licenses to do that.

I've tried to register it if previously unregistered one of existing DECT 8212, but when dial the extension number, call drops.

Please help...

P.S. Same story if I use the wizard for registration.

Additional explanation for the case:
1. PBX is one for 2 physical locations
2. both locations have different IBS: one location is with IBS 4070, the second is with IP-xBS 8378.
3. Behavior of DECT phone is the same on both locations.
4. DECT 8121 and random Panasonic DECT device have no problem with registration in the system.

Update:
Problem is solved with another software update from version R060/026 to latest ALE version R060/029. We not discover what causes the error. Previously, there was some error on memory card, after latest update, it disapeared...
