and when I try a reset on the GD3 I get an error message "SendCpl procedure error".

Anyway have you actually plugged a cable onto the GD to see what is going on during boot, has the config been lost as it appears when you do a check on 2-0 there is no config on the GD

The first question - this is new added shelf or shelf 2 works before and now not working?
Check (as written before) - "what is going on during boot" with console cable plugged in GD.
Can you ping GD from CPU?

we're currently connected in console mode and we're trying to restore the lost ip address

no, it's not an oxe 4400 but an oxe small

VAD voulait te dire est ce que l'alveaole 2 est une nouvelle adjonction ou elle fonctionnait avant et s'est mise en arret?
verifier ce qui ne va pas' pendant le boot de la gd comme la suggérée oldboy
