Install R100.1 in vmware or virtualbox

Dear all

Sorry , May I know who had installed the R100.1 in vmware workstation player or virtualbox successfully?
I tried several times but always got the below prompt after login, and it is not allowed to run any command.

By the way, I tried PCInstallation and SOT, no one can run into success.
Do anybody has the solution of it ?

Hi,
You can install SOT in a VMware machine, then from there install the OXE R100.x
Have you read the official documentation? It's all in it (Installation section)

Yes many time with no issues, when you installing what are you selecting as server type in pc installer ??

Yes, before R12.4, I also installed it many times without any issues.
As for R100.1, has the issue first time. Yes, seclected Blade server because it can generate serial output.

Yes, before R12.4, without any issues.
As for R100.1 , by same installation procedure of SOT or PC Installation, has the same issue.

No problem with installing R100.1 on VirtualBox with PCInstaller.

Unfortunately, got same result. Installation failed.

I am trying to install OXE in virtual machine (VMware player or VirtualBox, both are free soft) for test.
Before R12.4, I can install it without any problem even by PC Install or SOT.
But as for the R100.1, after installation then reboot the system will get the different prompt like below, but not OXE prompt. In this case, can not run any OXE command like "ifconfig".

Can you shows us the pcinstaller after the linux side of things, bash is the base only it hasnt been loaded correctly like it has been disrupted
