Displayed name

Greetings all,
Anyone knows how to changed the displayed name when we call an oxe user ?
I have someone where I want to display something else than last_name first_name.
I changed the "Displayed name" option under the user, but it does not change anything when I call.
I was pretty sure I used this in the past successfully. It's a system I am taking over. Is there an option somewhere to disable the "Displayed name" ..?

sorry for the confusion that was for directory number
may be you have managed something in the abbreviated number for that user to get it
Displayed Name
This attribute enables you to have a personnalised name for the display (16 characters max.) for cases where the directory name/first directory name does not fit on the display.

For tne moment i can only say by memory because my PC is off, but it should be related to utf-8, so you need to go to the Noe cos and devalidade something like compatibility.
Hope it helped even without providing the full path

Frank all you need to do is populate UTF-8 under the user to what ever you want and it replaces the dir name and first name

Will try that.
What is the "DISPLAYED NAME" used for then?
I thought this worked in the past..
