Hi guys,
i have OAW-AP1221-RW and i need to upgrade the firmware.
I am unable to upgrade via GUI as an error notification keeps popping out.
Error reads "error at backend.... unable to connect to server"

its a fresh out of the box AP and i need to upgrade it. I tried resetting it but to no avail.
I notice there is a console port and i was wondering on how to upgrade
it via console?

there is no way via the serial. But you can connect serial or better via ssh and do the upgrade from a tftp server. I have done it very often. You find the commands in the KB in MyPortal article 000052456
