I am having a real issue upgrading an Ominiswitch 2260. I currently have 5.2.44.R01 but want to upgrade this to 5.1.43.R02. I have moved the Aros.img file using WinSCP to the working directory of the switch and removed the old one. I am not sure if I am missing a step, but I have done "reload from working no rollback-timeout". The switch does reboot, however once it has been rebooted I am not able to get into the switch or get the option to login. I have to then manually reboot the switch. Any advice?

That's a downgrade, 5.1.43.R02 is 2 years old.

You're not saying which method you are using to log in to the switch management after the downgrade. Check the console log while booting to see what's happening, everything else is needless guessing. If you need help, post the console log here.

I am logging into the switch by using Putty and connected using the console port. I will try this again and post the console logs.

Je rencontre un problème sérieux avec mon OmniSwitch 2260-48. Après avoir effectué une mauvaise configuration, le switch redémarre constamment et je suis bloqué sur le prompt suivant :

Aucune des commandes habituelles comme `enable`, `show`, ou `write erase` ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai essayé plusieurs commandes pour réinitialiser ou charger une nouvelle configuration, mais rien ne semble fonctionner. Je n'ai pas encore téléchargé d'image de firmware pour essayer de la recharger via TFTP.

1. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me guider sur les étapes à suivre pour télécharger et charger une nouvelle image de firmware via TFTP ?
2. Y a-t-il des étapes spécifiques que j'aurais manquées ou des conseils pour éviter que le switch redémarre constamment ?
